A communication expectant mindset, provision of a universal core vocabulary, an understanding of our current state and a plan to determine next steps including powerful strategies to support implementation and student achievement. This is the first part of a 4-part learning opportunity. Completion of a continual learning action plan supported by self-reflection and observations tools will be expected of each participant.
